NEW DELHI: (Mar 18) The Enforcement Directorate (ED) said on Wednesday it has filed a fresh chargesheet against more than a dozen retired and serving Jharkhand government engineers and officials in a money-laundering case linked to alleged irregularities in the state’s rural development department. Srinagar, Mar 18 (KNS): Intermittent rain in the plains and fresh snowfall in the higher reaches brought back a winter chill across Kashmir on Wednesday, officials said. A Meteorological Department official said a fresh western disturbance is active over the region, leading to widespread cloud cover and precipitation. The higher reaches, including Gulmarg and Sonamarg, received fresh snowfall, while the plains, including Srinagar, witnessed intermittent drizzle. “The current weather pattern is due to a western disturbance.
