Bodies of three youth were recovered after they drowned into the river Jhelum in Hajin area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora on Friday, officials said. An official said that the incident took place in the Check Chandergeer area when the three youths were washing tent material on the banks of the river. A 30-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his residence in the Laroo area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Shabir Ahmad Sheikh, son of Abdul Salam Sheikh, a resident of Laroo.
