The fifth edition of the Jammu Film Festival concluded on Tuesday after drawing around 3,000 visitors and showcasing 53 films from 16 countries, organisers said. A Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel opened fire and killed four of his colleagues, including an officer, following an argument in Kathua district, officials said. According to officials, the incident took place at the CISF camp in the hills of Basohli at the Sewa Power Project. The officer killed in the firing is an Assistant Commandant.
